Gifts And Glitz Com accepts Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover credit cards. We will not charge your card until your merchandise has been shipped. Orders requiring multiple shipments will result in multiple separate charges.

Under federal law, you will not be liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. In the unlikely event that you are subject to fraudulent charges, remember to first notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Merchandise purchased at Gifts And Glitz Com may be returned to our distribution center within 10 days of delivery (Those purchased for a holiday will be returnable within 10-days after the holiday period. Example: Christmas purchases in November can be returned up to January 4th of the following year). Please insure the contents of the package for full retail value, obtain a confirmation number for tracking and keep all shipping receipts. giftsandglitz.com will not be responsible for return postage charges. Your return must be accompanied by an explanation, your name and order number.

All claims for damaged merchandise are to be brought to your local post office and a claim form filled out. Any item you are returning for exchange or refund must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of said merchandise and returned with confirmation and insurance requested within the 10-day time period. All packing materials must be kept regardless of apparent damage to packaging. Send a copy of the claim form and if no replacement is possible, merchandise cost will be credited or refunded. 

Return the item to giftsandglitz.com, 23652 Collins Street, Woodland Hills, CA  91367. All returns must be insured for the value of the item. Defective items will be replaced if replacement is available and item is returned in original packaging. Return shipping charges credited to your account.

Under the following conditions, no replacement or credit will be issued: The request was made more than 10 days after receipt of merchandise. The item is returned without an outer carton. The item is returned without original box, packaging and paperwork. The items or box has been marked by writing or improper handling. You did not keep the original shipping carton for the UPS, Federal Express or USPS inspector.
